Systematics - 1968
Founded by Board member, Walter Smiley later sold to Alltel Information System which ultimately sold to FIS.
Smiley was born out of a need for superior service and better software.
Smiley Technologies, Inc. - 2002
First Customer - 2003
Smiley converted our first bank customer.
Digital Banking was introduced to our banks.
Digital Banking - 2009
20th Anniversary
In October 2022, we brought all our employees from across the country to our headquarters in Little Rock to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. As we have grown over the past few years, we have more remote workers than ever, so it was important to bring everyone in for a few days of team-building, fun, and strategic meetings.
