Smiley supports a diverse range of banking institutions, including Encore Bank and Bodcaw Bank. Encore Bank, a $4 billion institution headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, operates in 19 markets across seven states. Bodcaw Bank, a community bank with three branches, partners with Smiley Technologies for its core banking and IT needs. Both banks’ systems were impacted by the CrowdStrike outage.
